Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Awen Hair will accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product has not been used.
• The hair shows signs of tangling, shedding, or curl loosening.
• The hair length does not match the original order.
• The hair texture or color is incorrect based on the original order.

Please note that for any returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees to send the goods back to Vietnam.

Conditions Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Awen Hair cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or cut.
• The item’s pattern has been altered.
• The item is a closure or frontal piece, as these are final sale items.

Special Note on Tiny Curls

Vietnamese technology has advanced to produce exceptionally small curls, sometimes even at a pixel-like scale. While we strive for excellence, tiny curls may occasionally dry out, which can impact their durability. If you are considering an order with very tight curls, please note that these are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are especially delicate and may lose their curl over time.
