Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays recognized by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Typically, our team will have your order ready to leave our warehouses within 7-10 business days. During high-demand times such as sales events, product launches, and holidays, processing may take the full 10 days or occasionally a bit longer due to the volume of orders.
Please note: At this time, we cannot deliver to U.S. Military bases, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping time is estimated and may vary based on external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, and weather delays. In the case of such delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order
Upon placing your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email with your order details. If you need to make any adjustments to your order or shipping details, please do so by midnight on the same day. After four hours, your order will enter processing, and changes will no longer be possible. When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take a few days to update, and occasional gaps in tracking scans are normal. Rest assured, these delays will not impact your expected delivery date.

- Shipping Details: Awen Hair is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. If you spot an error, email us at sale@awenhair.com as soon as possible. However, please note that our team operates on a 72-hour response time, and if your order ships within that period, further modifications may not be possible.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may be imposed by the destination country. Awen Hair does not cover these additional charges. Should the package be refused or delivery attempts fail, Awen Hair reserves the right to retain the package without issuing a refund.
